Modeling of load-displacement relationships for corrugated cardboard containers

چکیده

This article discusses the nonlinear behavior of corrugated packaging during compression. The model this is a load-displacement curve with an ascending branch, peak point and descending branch. In some cases, branch shows signs plastic transition and/or loss stability container walls. purpose work to predict into (or pseudo-plastic) state. condition unacceptable because there are residual deformations that reduce quality container. proposes implements approach based on joint application well-known equation dependence load displacement differential fracture criterion. simulation results consistent experiments known from literature. conducted research makes certain contribution creation new tools, use which expands possibilities analyzing mechanical cardboard containers for rational resources in accordance concept sustainable development.
